Dr. Theogene Rudasingwa is the President, CEO, and founder of Haradali.org, a not for profit social enterprise whose mission is to promote health, wealth creation and the wellbeing of women and children in communities in Africa and other parts of the world through innovative delivery of primary healthcare, promotion of private enterprise through small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and development of managerial and leadership skills.

He has extensive professional experience encompassing the fields of politics, international relations and development. 

Dr. Rudasingwa began his career as a medical practitioner.
