Hristo Zhivkov: A Revered Bulgarian Actor

Early Life and Education

Hristo Zhivkov was born on February 18, 1975, in Sofia, Bulgaria, to Ema Zhivkova and an unknown father.

He grew up with his sister Didona and excelled as a student. After graduating from high school, Zhivkov pursued acting at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia.

Film Career

Zhivkov began his acting career during his studies, appearing in student films and short-lived television series. In the late 1990s, he made his feature film debut in "I ragazzi del muretto" and starred in "Sulamith" and "Waste."

Zhivkov gained international recognition for his portrayal of Giovanni de Medici in "The Magnificent Medicis: Knight of War" (2002).
